Returns and Refunds


All orders are custom-made per customer,therefore we do not refund,accept returns unless the item ordered is defective or the wrong items is received.

The JD Collection reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in The JD Collection sole discretion. 

Merchandise returned to TheJDCollection.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 

For updates regarding your return, please contact custombyjd@gmail.com and include the return tracking number. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days.

Made to Order (Custom) items: upon receiving your order request, a JD Collection online sales representative will contact you to collect your payment information and confirm the delivery window of your order. Please note that once a Made to order has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.
